This year Liseberg opens the new family dark ride Underland, situated in the children’s area Kaninlandet, the Rabbit Land, with a newly developed virtual queuing system.

The new dark ride will take guests underground to experience the Liseberg rabbits’ secret and wondrous world. Underland is the first dark ride that the park has built in 50 years and represents their largest ever ride investment especially for families, SEK 150 million in total.

Bayern-Park in Germany will open Voltrum, a new Gyro Drop Tower, in 2020.

Voltrum will be the highest free fall tower in Southern Germany, and it is a Skyfall model from the Austrian ride manufacturer Funtime.

The new ride is 109 m (358 ft) high and has a speed of 113 km/h (70 mph).

Legendia in Poland has announced that their new attraction for 2020 will be a river rapids water ride.

Opening this spring, visitors will discover a land where mythical ghosts come to life in Dolina Jagi (Valley of Yaga).

This brand new attraction is a Wild Raft Ride from the German manufacturer HAFEMA.

Nigloland will open a new family roller coaster in 2020. Noisette Express (Hazelnut Express) is an investment of €3 million.

The new ride was designed by the French theme park and custom-built to create an exciting ride that can still be enjoyed by younger visitors.

German manufacturer Art Engineering built the ride and Dutch company P&P Projects has created the scenery.

In 2020, LEGO Movie World will open at LEGOLAND Billund with three brand new rides and a playground.

The 5,000 m2 extension will be the park's biggest investment to date, and it will include Scandinavia's first Flying Theatre attraction.
