Some theme parks in Europe remain open so please expect to see a number of initiatives aimed at maintaining a safe environment including enhanced cleaning regimes and increased availability of hand sanitisation products.

The new LEGOLAND Water Park isn't the only addition to Gardaland in Italy this year, with Wonder Woman - The 4D Experience also opening at the park.

Peppa Pig Land at Heide Park in Germany will be welcoming a new attraction in 2020, with Peppa's Balloon Ride joining the line-up.
Based on the popular animated TV series Peppa Pig, the themed area offers preschoolers a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the wonderful world of Peppa and her friends.
Peppa's Big Balloon Ride is already a popular attraction in Peppa Pig Land at Gardaland in Italy, and in Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park in the UK.

Movie Park Germany has revealed that two attractions will be re-themed in 2020, with new experiences based on Lucky Luke and PAW Patrol coming to the studio-themed park.
In spring, parents and their children can enjoy the new PAW Patrol attraction Skye's High Flyer at Adventure Bay in Nickland.
Later in the year, the suspended roller coaster MP-Xpress will be turned into Lucky Luke - The Ride: The Daltons Break Out.

This year Liseberg opens the new family dark ride Underland, situated in the children’s area Kaninlandet, the Rabbit Land, with a newly developed virtual queuing system.
The new dark ride will take guests underground to experience the Liseberg rabbits’ secret and wondrous world. Underland is the first dark ride that the park has built in 50 years and represents their largest ever ride investment especially for families, SEK 150 million in total.
