Exciting news for anime fans across Europe, as French theme park Parc Spirou Provence is set to open a spectacular Naruto-themed area in 2026.

This marks a major milestone for the park, as it will be the first in Europe to bring the world of the beloved anime series to life. With construction already underway, this new area promises to delight visitors with attractions inspired by the mystical village of Konoha and the adventures of the young ninja Naruto Uzumaki.

A new Family Thrill Launch Coaster by the Italian manufacturer Zamperla will be the headline attraction in the new Naruto-themed area.

The Naruto-themed area will span approximately 15,000 square metres and it's expected to offer fans a unique experience. Parc Spirou first unveiled the project at the Naruto Symphonic Experience event in Paris, sparking excitement among Naruto enthusiasts. The theme park has been collaborating with anime license holders Mediatoon, Studio Pierrot, Shueisha, and TV Tokyo for four years to ensure the area stays true to the world of Naruto.

Although full details of the attractions will be revealed in the coming months, the park has already announced that the first attraction will be a family-friendly roller coaster from Italian manufacturer Zamperla. The ride will be a Family Thrill Launch Coaster, featuring two launch segments and a dynamic 2,198 ft track that reaches speeds of 75 km/h. Riders will experience a thrilling backwards section and water effects tailored to the ride.

In addition, a Zampela NebulaZ ride will also be featured in the new Naruto area, adding another exciting attraction to the line-up. The park has released concept artwork, showcasing the attractions and the surrounding landscape, which includes lush trees, rock formations, and a roller coaster weaving through the environment.

Naruto, an anime series about a young ninja aspiring to become the Hokage of his village, has gained immense popularity in Europe, particularly in France and Germany. Fans of the series will be thrilled to step into the world of Naruto at Parc Spirou, where they can relive the action, adventure, and camaraderie of the anime in an immersive theme park setting.

With the Naruto-themed area set to open in 2026, Parc Spirou is sure to attract anime fans and theme park enthusiasts alike, creating a must-visit destination in the heart of Europe.
